I’m Alfonso “Poncho” Guerrero. I’m a Creative Marketing Producer with a focus on sports.
I have produced digital experiences for people like Nike’s “Bid their sweat”, Rexona’s “Entrega el Alma” and Nestlé’s for 2014 World Cup starring Raúl Jiménez. As a digital producer, I also led a talented team of professionals to create the first Chrome Extension to transform digital trash (spam) into vertical gardens for Coca-Cola and the first website for Nestlé and Universal Music to let people transformed chocolate bars into songs, and ultimately into a GOLD RECORD for reaching 300,000 downloads before the day of the release.
I was the Director and Editor of “Welcome to CULTO”, a digital film to launch CULTO, the biggest soccer store in Mexico. I also has been photographer for NIKE, AMERICA FC and PUMAS UNAM.
As a Creative Director I worked with Nike to create the first knitted-mirror for launching the Flyknit Racer ( a worth-tell story if you have time for a coffee), Apple to launch the iPhone 13 Pro in Mexico and Latin America.
Finally I believe that brands have the power to create videos and experiences closer to art and further from ads interrupting peoples life. That is why a direct and edited the first yogurt ad that intended to be shown in a Contemporary Art Museum instead of TV’s.
